The pool area is equipped with a safety gate. We regret to inform you that the waterslide is currently unavailable for use. However, you can still enjoy a delightful experience utilizing the other amenities during your stay.

-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.
- Parking Rule: Free parking in Garage for 2 cars. Cars must be parked inside the garage and are not permitted in the Driveway
-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 11:00AM
-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.

Video Surveillance: For your safety and to prevent theft and insurance claims, this property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance cameras situated only at the front gate and pool areas. Please note that these cameras are not monitored live and do not store recordings. They are not intended for personal safety purposes. Additionally, there are no indoor cameras, particularly in private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms, to uphold the privacy of all our guests. If you wish to have specific cameras disabled during your stay, we can accommodate this upon request.
? SEA TURTLES:
Between May 1 to Oct. 31, Melbourne Beach gets thousands of turtles at night that come up on the beach to lay eggs. You may see groups from the Archie Carr Turtle Research Center a few blocks up the road walking on the beach.
You MUST adhere to the following rules during these months, or you may be subject to a $10k fine by the City of Melbourne Beach:
- ALL indoor and outdoor lights visible from the beach must be shielded,
repositioned, replaced, or turned off from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Bright beach lights, flashlights, flash cameras, video recorders, and other types of artificial lighting of any kind are prohibited.
- You CANNOT have any white lights on when you are on, or near the beach at night. They MUST be RED.
- Please CLOSE all window shades and curtains in all rooms at night to prevent the sea turtles from being attracted to the house lights.

Melbourne also is the home of annual festivals such as the Independent Filmmaker's Festival, Arts Festival, Aviation Day and Oktoberfest.
