Important Note: Please be aware that the resort charges a nightly fee of $22.40, which includes access to the gated community and its fantastic amenities. This fee will be collected at the resort check-in. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse, community pool, and playground during their stay. We also offer free parking (for up to 2 vehicles), an in-unit washer and dryer, and high-speed internet for your convenience! The community is gated and monitored by a security guard, ensuring a safe and peaceful stay. You’ll also have full access to the resort amenities, including: * Clubhouse * Community Pool * Playground Parking: Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. Other Things to Note * Complimentary pack-n-play and highchair are available for families with young children. * The kitchen comes stocked with basic cookware, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. * We provide a starter pack that includes essentials like dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry soap. You will need to bring additional food, toiletries, and cleaning supplies for the rest of your stay. * Minimum age of primary renter is 25. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No events, parties, or pets are allowed. If you’re interested, we can arrange the rental and delivery of a full BBQ with propane tank upon request (prices vary by vendor). Home Maintenance We prioritize your comfort and well-being! The home is treated regularly by a licensed pest control company, and the pool/spa is maintained weekly by a certified pool technician to ensure it's in pristine condition. Our home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida and has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Check-In/Check-Out * Check-in time: 4:00 PM * Check-out time: 10:00 AM If you require a more flexible check-in/out time, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to make arrangements, but note that availability cannot be guaranteed, and additional fees may apply. GUEST SCREENING By placing a reservation with Mid-Florida Home Management and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you, as the Guest, give permission to C & M Worldwide Holdings Inc. to use a third-party company, Safely, to screen your identity and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. A guest screening process will be conducted, and further instructions will be provided to complete this step.
